POWER FEEDS & CONSTRUCTION
We are qualified and experienced in the installation of power feeds to any control system. For example, we can install a 400 amp power feed to a large stamping press or automatic welder.
TOTAL SYSTEM DESIGN & INTEGRATION
Many of our projects include total system design and integration, from concept to finalized plant production. We work closely with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic tooling personnel to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective operation of the final product.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
An example of a Research & Development project: Soft hydraulic controls were used to analyze, filter and command five (5) axis synchronized, time-based point-point moves in order to fatigue test leaf springs from an automobile. All aspects of control were developed from ground zero, including not only how the machine works, but also parts testing.
TONNAGE CALIBRATION
We provide tonnage calibrations up to 2,000 tons.
