Marketing Coordinator – Junior
We are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator. The hours are Monday – Friday 8.0 hours per day.
About the role:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in shaping and executing marketing and communication strategies, working closely with the President and other stakeholders. This position develops and implements tactical initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and drive profitability, leveraging product advantages and key partnerships. While the primary focus is supporting the Industrial and Municipal sales teams, the role may also contribute to HR communications and activities. With proven performance, this position offers a clear path to expanded responsibility in leading strategic marketing efforts.
What you will do:
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in creating and executing marketing plans encompassing pricing, distribution, and promotional tactics.
- Content Management: Develop and maintain product and technical literature, sales tools, and presentations. Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to ensure accuracy.
- Brand Messaging and Consistency: Understand product applications and target markets to articulate value propositions across various audiences, including trade shows, manufacturers’ reps, associations, and customers. Ensure brand voice, visuals, and messaging are consistent across all channels and platforms.
- Budget Tracking: Under guidance from the CFO, develop and monitor marketing budgets in coordination with sales teams. Ensure overall alignment with departmental goals.
- Digital Presence: Manage the company website for content, promotions, and optimal search engine visibility. Oversee social media platforms and develop advertising campaigns to reach diverse audiences.
- Product Knowledge: gain and apply a solid understanding of company products and their applications within different verticals and to key end-users.
- Vendor Management: manage relations with external vendors. Source, negotiate, and coordinate with print and promotional vendors to optimize quality, pricing, and delivery timelines for marketing collateral and branded merchandise.
- Market research: Help collect and analyze industry trends, customer data, and competitor activity to support insights and strategic awareness.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, print, email, product launches/ re-introductions, and event-based efforts.
- Event Coordination: Organize trade shows, webinars, and company events; manage logistics, materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Design Visually Compelling Marketing Materials: Create brochures, presentations, digital ads, and trade show graphics—using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, while adhering to brand guidelines.
- CRM & Lead Management: Maintain CRM systems, assist with lead generation campaigns, and track ROI of marketing activities.
- Additional Duties: perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to team goals and adapting to evolving business priorities.
What we are looking for:

- The ability to quickly and fully grasp a working understanding of our mechanical and electrical products, applications, and ideal target markets.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple projects to a successful end.
- Possess a strong influencer personality to work collaboratively with all internal and external resources to facilitate desired outcomes consistent with corporate goals.
- A good working knowledge of social media platforms and how they can be effectively utilized in a B-to-B manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Excel, WordPress, Adobe, PowerPoint, Photoshop, CRM, lead generation programs and their integration into CRM.
Education and Experience:
A four (4) year degree with a focus on marketing, communications, business, or other related studies. Previous experience through an internship preferred.
Limited travel may be required to attend trade shows, seminars, or to support sales staff.
