DSI/Dynamatic Gary Cavey becomes newest PSM Board Me
Pump Systems Matter (PSM) located in Parsippany, NJ, announced the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors. Jen Muir, P.E., president of JKMuir, and Gary Cavey, president and CEO of Dynamatic-Drive Source International, Inc., will each serve a three-year term. Jen and Gary will work with the Board to develop an executive long-term strategic plan that addresses the increasing demand for pump and pumping system training. The board seeks to promote energy-efficient and reliable pumping systems in the industrial and commercial building sectors.

Gary Patterson to present at the Reliable Plant Conference in Indianapolis on April 19th
DSI/Dynamatic’s Gary Patterson will be joining Mark Sullivan of the Hydraulic Institute during the Reliable Plant Conference to discuss the keys to improving water plant reliability. As maintenance budgets get tighter for many organizations, equipment reliability is becoming even more important. This presentation is intended to help those who operate pump systems. Attendees will learn how to operate their systems more efficiently, and to identify areas where the greatest opportunities for improvement exist. The hour-long session will also highlight: how to find out how to screen any pump system for issues; examine the life-cycle costs; understand the data collection process; complete a full system analysis; and develop an action plan to enhance the system’s reliability and performance.

Dynamatic® announces new National Sales Manager of the Pump, Fan & Compressor Group
Dynamatic® is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark David Bell as National Sales Manager of the Pump, Fan and Compressor Group. In this position, Mark will focus on increasing market share in the Municipal and Industrial Water & Wastewater markets.
Mr. Bell has 25 years of sales experience in the water/wastewater treatment industry, with extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing. Mark is well rehearsed in providing support and solutions to end users, specification writers, engineers and contractors in this market.
“I am looking forward to meeting all of Dynamatic's current water representatives across the country,” Mark said. “As well as working with them during the many industry tradeshows throughout the year.”
